No refunds or exchanges are given. Each scrunchie takes a lot of time and effort on my part to be made. Please understand that once your order is placed, it can not be changed or canceled. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please email me and together we will come to a resolution. 

The turnaround time (TAT) for each order takes 3-4 weeks to make, package, and send out. Each order will come with a tracking number for your comfort. Once your order leaves my possession, Midnight Moon and Co. is no longer responsible or liable for your order. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue.
